If a customer is unreachable, unavailable, provides incorrect details, refuses to receive an order, or causes delay or failure of delivery after order confirmation, MyBooze may cancel the order or apply reasonable charges where applicable.

Customers must not misuse the platform, provide false information, attempt fraudulent payments, abuse staff or riders, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
