Returns Policy
How returns and exchanges are handled for this tenant.

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and related consumable products, returns are generally limited and subject to review.
A return request may be considered where:
- the wrong item was delivered
- the product delivered is materially damaged at the point of delivery
- the item has a verified quality issue at the time of receipt
- there is another confirmed fulfillment error attributable to MyBooze or its fulfillment process
To support a return request:
- the issue should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery
- the product should remain unused where applicable
- original packaging and proof of order may be required
- photo or video evidence may be requested
Returns will not normally be accepted for:
- change of mind
- products already opened, consumed, or tampered with
- issues reported after unreasonable delay
- customer handling, storage, or misuse after delivery
Approved returns may lead to replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
