How refunds are handled for this tenant.

MyBooze aims to handle refund situations fairly and reasonably.
Refunds may be considered where:
- payment was successfully made but the order cannot be fulfilled
- the ordered item becomes unavailable and no acceptable substitute is agreed
- there is a duplicate payment or confirmed billing error
- the order is cancelled by MyBooze before successful fulfillment
- there is another valid service failure confirmed by our team
Refunds may not be available where:
- the customer provides incorrect delivery details
- the customer is unreachable or unavailable at delivery time
- the customer changes their mind after confirmed processing or dispatch
- the customer refuses delivery without a valid service-related reason
- the issue arises from circumstances outside reasonable operational control after performance has already begun
Where approved, refunds may be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another reasonable method determined by MyBooze.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment channel, banking process, mobile money provider, internal verification, and other processing requirements.
MyBooze reserves the right to review each refund request individually and request supporting details before approval.
